Homer Scully started Scully Refuse over 45 years ago. His Sons Kevin and Tim took over the business in 2007 after Homer passed away. His wife Barb Scully continues to perform the accounting duties. The Business has grown from one truck serving the Utica / New Hartford area to seven trucks that serve a large portion of Central NY.
